ManGlaze
I’m so happy that my ManGlaze nail polish order arrived today!
Here’s what I ordered:
- Matte is Murder (matte finish black polish)
- Hot Mess (Sliver glitter “bling matte” top coat)
- Matt-Astrophe (clear matte top coat)
- Franken Juggs (for mixing my own colour creations)
and they threw in three black and white ManGlaze stickers and their gold cards.

One Year Ago…
One year ago today, my foot was freed from the evil clutches of that insufferable pink cast! Then I found out that Michael Jackson died. Then there was a fire drill as soon as I got back to the office and I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. Then I walked in to Brewster’s where I was made fun off because I couldn’t bend at my ankle yet when I walked, so i looked retarded, but I didn’t care because I was finally walking without crutches!

House goes boom!
Practically everyone on the Northside is talking about this house explosion. Edmonton house blast kills four .
It is alarming to be reminded that you could be going about your day, obeying all the laws and taking all the safety precautions you can think of, when suddenly, something so far out of your control can occur and change everything in your life so dramatically.

Civil Twilight Sonic Session

I could have touched a beaver
A while later, I was walking back to my car and guess who I met amongst the trees... a beaver! He (or she, I don't know how to tell them apart) was so close I could have touched him, but thought better of it. If a beaver can nom nom nom through a big tree, then I wouldn’t want it nom nom nom’ing on my arm!

Molly the Owl
In local California news, there is a barn owl in San Marcos, CA who is now world renowned. Since February, she has a webcam set up on her, capturing her laying eggs last month, to their recent hatching. Her name is Molly.

It all started with a black cat
I found cat bottles, filled with wine – Moselland Riesling. Initially, I was going to get the black one, because the empty bottle would make a nice decoration in my bedroom. Then, I saw the pink bottle… how can a girl decided? Who says she has to… I took home both!
